Northern Virginia Leadership Development SIG
Purpose
The Northern Virginia Leadership SIG’s purpose is to provide an interactive forum for learning and training development professionals to discuss key leadership issues and trends and learn from each other and guest speakers, while networking and sharing the camaraderie of our profession.
The goal of the SIG is to provide a compelling leadership development venue, where new members are exposed to thought leadership, cutting-edge solutions, engaging discussions and dynamic partners so that they leave every meeting with best practices and timely information that will make them more successful in their lives and careers.
We meet the 2nd Thursday of January through June, and September through December from 6:30 – 8:30 PM. Our locations will vary, so we will announce them as the details are finalized.
The first 1/2 hour or so is spent getting to know one another, or catch up from last month. The presentation will start about 7 PM, and we will be wrapped bu no later than 8:30 PM.
